30-Day Return
We apologize if you're not completely satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Return Conditions
1. Making a decision: You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Item condition: The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Including promotional gifts: For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Non-Returndable Items
1. Improper returns: Items that have been sent back without proper returns requests cannot be refunded.
2. Final Sale items: Final Sale items are not eligible for returnd, exchange or resize.
3. Size issues: No returns or exchanges due to incorrect size (both standard and custom sizes). Please measure your size carefully before purchasing.
4. Custom products : Custom products cannot be returned, such as custom size, shape and personalized design items.
5. Worn or Replacement/Exchange items: Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not returnable.
6. Non-returnable marks: Items with non-returnable marks cannot be returned.
Refunds
Most refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
Note: If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact our Customer Service at support@mieap.com to obtain authorization.
Return Processing
1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service at support@mieap.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. Return notification email: After contacting Customer Service, you will receive an email with further return instructions.
3. Packaging and shipping: Enclose a copy of your return with the order number, full name and email address. The package should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method.
4. Upload return tracking number: Remember to sign in and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back.
Return Address
Please contact us at support@mieap.com for the return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
