How do I apply and remove my MIEAP handmade press on nails?

How do I measure my nails?
Measure your natural nails in 2 ways using MIEAP's size guide and find your size in our size chart.
Will MIEAP handmade press on nails look natural?
MIEAP handmade nails are crafted with professional-grade press on acrylic nails. Our advanced technology ensures that MIEAP press on acrylic nails are more flexible, comfortable, and thinner compared to other acrylic nails. Additionally, each acrylic nail is meticulously polished and shaped by our manicurists, resulting in a thin and seamless nail base.
Are MIEAP handmade press on nails waterproof?
Yes! You can wash dishes, shampoo your hair, shower and even swim while wearing MIEAP nail sets. The dual-layer adhesive conforms to the natural nail, preventing water from seeping in and maintaining a secure grip.
How long do MIEAP handmade press on nails last?
It depends on the adhesive method used and proper nail preparation. Using nail tab with our guidelines ( How To Use & Remove ), they typically last for 1-3 days. Using solid nail gel and nail glue with our guidelines ( How To Use & Remove ), they typically last for 2 weeks.
Do MIEAP handmade press on nail sets include nail tabs, nail glue and solid nail gel?
Yes! Each MIEAP handmade press on nail set comes with a prep kit, including 4 sheets of nail tabs ( 24 tabs/sheet ) , 1 mini buffer, 4 pieces of 75% alcohol pads, 1 wooden cuticle pusher, and 1 bottle of nail glue ( 7g/bottle ).
Solid nail gel needs to be purchased separately if required.
Are MIEAP handmade press on nails reusable?
Yes! Nail tabs and solid nail gel application allow for reuse. However, nail glue application does not support reuse.
Can I file or cut MIEAP handmade press on nails?
Not recommended. If you wish to modify the length or shape, we suggest filing from the base of the nail. Our nails are fortified with gel at the fingertips for enhanced durability. Filing the tip may cause the nail polish layer to come off.
What if my nail size falls between two MIEAP sizes?
If your nail size falls between MIEAP sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
For a perfect fit, you can also customize your own sizes.
How many nails are included in each MIEAP set?
Each MIEAP handmade press on nail set includes 10 nails in 5 different sizes.
Will MIEAP damage my natural nails?
MIEAP press-on nails are completely safe for your natural nails.
What if MIEAP nails are shorter than my natural nails?
Before buying MIEAP nails, measure the length of your natural nail beds. Choose the appropriate length sizes from 贴合MIEAP shape chart. If need, cut or file your natural nails before applying MIEAP nails.
Can I customize my product?
MIEAP is committed to providing the most suitable press on nails for each individual. You can customize your own sizes for a perfect fit. However, custom shapes and designs are not currently supported. We plan to offer more customization options in the future.
Why are the insides of my MIEAP nails turning white? What should I do if this occurs?
Exposure to nail chemicals such as gel cleansers can cause nails to turn white. Applying cuticle oil can restore them.
What precautions should I take when using MIEAP nails?
1. All products will naturally oxidize over time. Most MIEAP nails do not interfere with wearing. It is common for chrome powder and metal accessories to fade after 1-2 months.
2. Harsh chemical cleaners, such as shampoo, soap and washing powder, can accelerate the oxidation of your nails. Please avoid excessive contact with them.
3. Pearl accessories may experience wear with regular use.
4. Please avoid excessive bending of the nails, especially bending them inwardly. as it can cause accessories such as rhinestones and pearls to easily detach. When removing the nails, be cautious not to apply excessive force that could lead to excessive bending.
SHIPPING
How long does the processing time take?
All MIEAP nails are 100% handmade and made-to-order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. The processing time is 7-10 working days.
How long does the shipping time take?
The shipping time depends on your location. Orders that have been processed will take 4 to 15 business days to arrive.
What shipping carriers do you use?
MIEAP offers "Standard" and "Express" shipping methods for you to choose from during checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped, along with the shipment tracking number. You can track your order details 48 hours after your order has been fulfilled on the Track your oder page.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
No worries! If your order has not been shipped yet, we can make changes or modifications to your shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately or send an email to support@mieap.com.
However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Can I return or exchange my product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please ensure careful measurement of your size before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing (both standard and custom sizes).
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, you order may have been processed, which means the manicurist has started making your press on nail set. Therefore, cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours of purchase.
