How do I measure my nails?
Measure your natural nails in 2 ways using MIEAP's size guide and find your size in our size chart.
Are MIEAP handmade press on nails reusable?
Yes! Nail tabs and solid nail gel application allow for reuse. However, nail glue application does not support reuse.
How long does the processing time take?
All MIEAP nails are 100% handmade and made-to-order. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. The processing time is 7-10 working days.
Can I return or exchange my product?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please ensure careful measurement of your size before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing (both standard and custom sizes).
